History

SDL Solar was founded in 2006 as Survey Digital, which offered development services for investment partners during the PV entitlement stage in Greece. SDL Solar has since developed over 160 MWs of projects in all stages of development and has installed one of the first utility scale parks in Greece. In April 2009, SDL Solar became a Satcon Authorized Distributor and in 2011 a Satcon Authorized Service Partner. In September 2012, SDL Solar became a Sungrow Authorized Distributor and Service Partner Currently, SDL Solar has expanded its operations in other regions of the world and has integrated itself vertically across the PV value chain. SDL Solar can develop permits, manage all aspects of the due diligence process for the purchase of projects, prepare technical due diligence reports and technical designs, arrange financing facilities, EPC contractors and PV park components, supply Sungrow inverters, and offer turnkey or operating projects to SDL Solar's global network of investors and partners.
